Which Suzuki outboard motor is best suited for my type of boat?
Which motor is the best fit depends on several factors. The weight of your boat plays a role, among other things: the heavier it is, the more is expected of the motor. Additionally, what you intend to use the boat for is a factor. Are you going out on day trips? Do you use it for fishing? Or do you want to push the limits?

Can I also have my current engine replaced by you?
Certainly. If we install a new engine on your boat, we will also replace the current one.

Do you install other parts besides engines?
Absolutely. For instance, we also install bow and stern thrusters for improved maneuverability, but our specialists can also install depth and/or speedometers and navigation equipment on your boat.

Do Suzuki also offer electric outboard motors?
At the time of writing, Suzuki only offers fuel-powered engines. These feature efficient combustion technology, resulting in lower emissions. You also sail fuel-efficiently thanks to the Lean Burn system.

Can I install an outboard motor myself?
When it comes to models suitable for small motorboats or inflatable boats, this can often be done yourself. For larger and heavier models, we recommend engaging the mechanics at Jachtwerf Oost.

Can I go out to sea?
You certainly can! This type of outboard motor is made of solid, corrosion-resistant material that is resistant to saltwater, among other things.
However, we do recommend flushing the motor regularly after sailing in saltwater.
